They went bankcrupt and belong to Jenoptics Germany now.

In terms of POCKET projector maybe AAXA is not lying.

BUT the first Laser based embeddable PICO Projector is from Microvision Inc. They are developing this technology since more then a decade and have one of the strongest patent portfolios in the electronic industry.
