Worth Reading?

We all have those little bits of luxury that we can’t resist. For some of us it’s the sweet little things like a nice cup of tea after a long day, for others there are the finer things. It would seem that fancier and more elaborate showers keep popping up everyday. Kohler’s DTV Custom Shower Controller is definitely a lot more elaborate than my shower. With as many sprayers as it has I’m pretty sure it sprays from head to toe. Then again, who wouldn’t want a remote for their shower to make it spray whichever direction you want?

This bad boy can spit out up to 21 gallons of water a minute through the six “water ports”. I have no idea what a regular shower puts out but 21 gallons/minute seems like an awful lot for one shower. From the small control panel on the wall you can control your temperature and personalize a shower program. It eliminates the need for multiple valves, which I’m going to guess is needed in most showers that have multiple heads.

I know all those fancy extras are tempting, but the price is enough to bring you back to reality. For the digital interface it is $1040 and the thermostatic valve is $1100.
