Both Google’s and HP’s new mobile OSes (ChromOS and webOS) are designed to exploit HTML5 support for apps and touch independent of platform.  The Web experience will be the same on phone, pad, tablet and PC, implemented on the website, not the viewing device itself.

Amazingly, from this perspective, Apple is seen as Old School, obsolete and wedded to the past!
