NoYes

The Amazon Kindle for Android app has been quietly updated to v2.0, with the ereading software now supporting the retailer’s 100+ e-newspaper and e-magazine titles. Amazon has also brought their ebook store in-app, rather than relying on the browser-based mobile version, and enabled social network sharing of reading progress.

There are also various usability, bugfixes and other tweaks, including the ability to now save the Kindle for Android app to the SD card. Zooming support for images and graphics has been added, and you can set the volume keys to control page turns if swiping the display doesn’t feel natural enough. Finally, the chapter title now shows up in the reader status bar. Kindle for Android 2.0 is a free download from the Android Market.
