		<description><![CDATA[Once again, Microsoft is too late to the party and this will only serve to drive customers to Android. For the same data plan, you can get a fully featured smartphone that competes at the level of the iPhone. Microsoft continually does this themselves, they come up with a great idea and screw up the execution. Xbox, Zune, Kin are all great ideas but they suffer when Microsoft artificially limits the platform.]]></description>
