Mr. Thompson… with all due disrespect, I think your a jackass of the highest calibur. You attack gamers all over the world, you insult them, you mock them, and you deny them a logical debate because you KNOW that your wrong.

I’m even surprised that you’re still a lawyer with a “I’M BETTER THAN ALL YOU VIDEO GAMERS” attitude…

I do believe it was Jack that posted, as a quick look at his IP address shows that it did originate from Florida, where he is known to live. Sure, it could be someone else from Florida, but my gut says it’s not.

I wonder if that really was slappy-jack that posted, or if it’s someone trolling as him. And I’m referring to the post on here, not the original one that inspired this post. I think maybe the PA guys have it right, the best way to deal with him is just to give him absolutely zero media coverage, because every time he does something ridiculous he gets plastered all over the front page.

You mean that note you left after the fact? No offense, but if you were trying to pass off the original post as satire you did a poor job.

And by the way, Jack, I think the original poster CAN read; right between the lines of your original post. Every time you post somewhere you come off as being full of yourself. Here’s an idea, if you really feel that video games contribute to violence then why don’t you do something productive about it? How many violent, video-game related crimes has your campaign of mud-slinging really prevented? I’m going to guess somewhere in the range of 0. Why? I’ll stretch further and guess it’s because you never come off as someone who cares about other people, but rather as someone who has a personal vendetta and an attitude.

Well that sounds like the response of a mature and stable individual. People like you need to get off your high horse and quit crusading looking for scapegoats. You are just as responsible as the rest of society for the actions of the few. America is the perfect example of social decline- videogames or not.

You blame videogames because you don’t understand them. I bet 5 years ago you blamed rap music, and ten years ago the movie industry. So why don’t you stop giving us all such good reason to loathe you instead of making punctuated comments at blog authors- who incidentally are fully entitled to air their views. More so than you in fact.
