Apple's relationship with ATT is hard to picture. All other handset manufacturers have to cow tow to ATT, but Apple has enough brand marquee and clout to keep its phones from being mutilated, branded and software skinned by any varrier. However, Job's mantra of the best customer experience was violated when Apple gave ATT the exclusive, knowing that they are the worst carrier..I agre CDMA was not in line with its flobal supply chain metrics as the rest of the world uses the same gsm bands as ATT. But a 4yeat exclusive was too long. ATT really is the "no choice network" for phone manufacturers like Apple and Nokia, but hopefully that will go away with LTE. I hope Apple rebels with free in App tethering apps of its own
