i-mate is courting Invertec, at least that’s the world on the Internet. I’m not sure if the grass is “greener” on the other side of the fence, since the new i-mate JAQ doesn’t feature WiFi.  I can understand leaving out the camera, for various reasons such as security – but come on folks WiFi is an absolute must have feature!  Also, the reviewer reports of a cheap plastic feel to the body.
