It is horrible …everything the government tries to do it screws up! They say all the right things but nothing ever happens like it is said. My taxes were filed seven week ago. The IRS publishes 21 days to receive your refund!…what a joke! They sure are happy to take your hard working dollars in tax, but horrible about giving back what you are due and overpaid. Just another indication that the current administration has no clue what it is doing and says they care when campaigning…but reality is…they don’t!!!!

Yes the same here.They said that the irs was behind and then last week it said it was being processed and should receive by february 21 nothing happened and then they said You should expect your refund by the 28th and then a few days before that it changed to your refund is being processed please allow up to six weeks Today the 28th it now says We have no information about your refund at this time please allow up to three weeks for your refund and allow another week before you check the status of your refund!!That’s ridiculous!Anyone having the same issue?

This is such an incovience! Not only does the website have a glitch in the system, but apparently the phones do too. I’ve been trying to get info on my return for over a week and the phone #’s provided dnt have a live rep to speak with. If anyone has gotten thru to a live rep, please let me know how!!

My return was accepted on 2/13…IRS site said to expect my $$ by 2/21..today is 2/23…NOTHING! I called the IRS on 2/22…talked to some bumbling idiot….couldn’t understand a darn thing she was saying….she kept saying: “ohhhh…ewww….” I’M LIKE WHAT!! WHAT’S WRONG…She says, “oh nothing…I really got to stop doing that!” FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

I also filed my taxes on feb 4th. But when I checked the status on where’s my refund it said that it was process an the expected date for me to get my hard earned money back was feb 21. 2012 an now its the 23rd of feb an I haven’t got nothing not even my state an that’s bs

I efiled on feb 4th and have yet been able to check wheres my return the website states “A few days” and it would be fixed I wish my vacation were like the IRS few days. One would think that the IRS website would work guess not. If we owed them money they would charge us. So if any one owes the IRS money tell them your websites down and it will be back working in a few days ;-)

PThis is outrageous!! The government has no problem with taking our hard earned money. Its amazing how the government has a computer glitch especially when it comes to our money. Please get it together as it is wr shouldn’t be paying to get our money we worked for back.

That is not the only problem the IRS seems to be experiencing, there is something else going on, check all the blogs and websites. The estimated time for getting a refund IS extended. The fact is very few people who file their taxes online are getting their refund according to the IRS timetable, and it seems very random. ”The Vast Majority” as quoted by the IRS website, are not receiving their refund with-in the 10-21 day time period the website promotes for efile. Very few are receiving their refund at least 1 week late and that is if you are one of the lucky ones. At it stands it seems that MOST, or the VAST MAJORITY will receive their refund sometime between 3-4 weeks later then the IRS timetable projects for those who file online. It’s unfortunate that these issues aren’t affecting anyone in Washington or those who are running for president.

Well, according to their schedule I should have it by now and nope not here. A friend was finally given an update and his was for March 6th but he filed before me. My boss at work filed same day as me and he’s not able to get word either.
