		<description><![CDATA[Hm, now THAT should have been the first story--not that it&#039;s your fault at all, but it&#039;s a lot more juicy and presents something that seems shadier than, &quot;your phone is keeping track of where you are while you are using its radios.&quot; I like where this is going--just for the sake of interest, not because people&#039;s safety/privacy is remotely at risk. To that end, I say, &quot;leave your phone at home if you don&#039;t want anyone to be able to reach you. That&#039;s what we did in the 80s and through much of the 90s.&quot;]]></description>
