		<description><![CDATA[These &quot;surveys&quot; are fairly ridiculous and have results that can easily be manipulated by how each question is asked.  For example, I wonder how realistic it is for that 41 percent of American mobile phone owners, who may have just purchased new phones within the last 2-3 months, will be able or willing to go against their existing contracts and pay the fee + the cost of an upgrade to the new iPhone 5 if they are not yet eligible to upgrade without a penalty...]]></description>

The number likely would not add up to 100% if you asked about every brand instead of just one. I mean, if I had a million dollars, I&#039;d own every phone too.
