They’re just freaking out because all the tablets being released now are already better than the iPad 2 will be and the Samsung Tab along took 20% share away from the iPad in one quarter, so they want people to think Apple will have something even better real soon–no they won’t because, it will still have PiOS on it.

Are you joking? I have no doubt that Apple would release a Mini if they thought it would sell, and then turn around and pretend those statements were never made. Or, alternatively, act like they single-handedly “solved” the small tablet problem. And the iCult will lap it up and proclaim how innovative it is and Jobs’ previous statements about 7″ tablets will go right down the memory hole.
