too good with this price. but can any one help me> i want to know that ratina display has 320ppi. right?? then why this 246ppi display called ratina display? please correct if i am wrong?

No it’s not, you retard!!
There’s no such thing as “graphically faster”. It’s all spin-doctoring.

If you’re talking about raw processing power, many Intel dual-core CPUs have been faster than quad-cores in the same class, mainly thanks to higher clock speeds.. More recently, Qualcomm’s dua-core Krait benchmarked better than Nvidia’s quad-core Tegra3. Go read AnandTech.

It’s nothing even remotely new nor innovative.

No. Europe. Toshiba showed it some months ago. Use google. Try to do some homework before you post. A faster processor is just an upgrade not an innovation. I am quite tech savvy, innovations are just not a better display, better chip and so on. Making it more usefull, so that it actually can replace a notebook and therefore reducing tech waste, that would be an innovation. Now these tablets, also the android ones, are just expensive game boys and email readers. Dont follow apples marketing so easily but make up your mind yourself. Use it. And maybe stop playing useless games and do something in the real world.

Correct me if I’m wrong here.
Apple made a big deal out of the iPhone 4/4s having 326ppi and went to great lengths to tell everyone that the human eye was unable to discern more than 300 something (less than 326) ppi.

…and now this new iPad has “only” 264ppi and they’re still calling it a retina display?

Yeah, I know all about viewing distance (I’m a photo-retoucher by profession), but it’s still not quite consistent with Apple’s past claims.

Oh, don’t bother giving me that “but iOS supports full resolution independence… it’s all about interface definition” story. Competing mobile operating systems all have the same feature.

Wow, the spin doctors at Apple are out in full force. What happend to the requirement that a true “retna” display have at least 300 dpi? Now by downgrading it to 264 dpi they have made most of the competitions phone displays ” good enough” to be called “retna”. What about this 4x grafics speed their talking about? is that a lie like when they claimed 2x speed for the original A5? and do they mention that this speed is needed to render all these pixels and that actual cpu processing power falls behind the tegra3? Did i miss that part of the presentation? yeah , i didn’t think so…what a joke!

And what is the name of this toshiba tablet? Even if the tablet exists do it even rolls out?
Where do you live in korea?
Did u Realize that this tablet is 4 times faster than tegra 3 on a dual core architechture?

??? What about hdmi bus, docking station. Is it all about a retina display? And a faster processor? My goodness, hyping is sure a state of art at apple.com. Toshiba already showed an android tablet with same resolution. So what is really groundbreaking here? Same counts for android tablets mind you. Only asus and samsung know how to really add something new and usefull (dock. Beam. Padphone etc). Great live coverage !
