		<description><![CDATA[A recall doesn&#039;t make sense as you can just return it, have your contract restored, as well as Apple having waived any restocking fees for the iPhone4.

Seems like a reasonable defense on Apple&#039;s part: every user had a 30 day period in which to evaluate the device and return (undamaged) at no charge.

The even took back my bumper without an packaging.]]></description>
