		<description><![CDATA[I have to disagree with you, there are other costs that can arrive from in-app purchases including content delivery and licenses. Sometimes in-app purchases are necessary to cover these costs. Some developers are trying to make a living and charging for extra content is completely viable if they feel the content being delivered has additional value.]]></description>

If an app has in-app purchase I never rate it above 4 stars, no matter how good, unless it&#039;s like a bookstore app and in-app purchases are for books and magazines by different authors and publishers.]]></description>
