Apple has stolen or copied most of their products, and put them in an easier to use and prettier package. Do you really think ipads, itunes, the mouse and SIRI are Apple inventions? I have been talking to my Android phone for over a year already and getting the same answers Siri gives. In addition, Google owned Android before the first iOS device was even announced. Where do you suppose the copying came from? A crystal ball? Do your homework before blindly saying things that make you look ignorant.

Your theory is spot on, other than the fact that google bought Android befor Apple introduced iOS. there was nothing to copy. second, you are using a post about Apple copying Android to complain about Android copying Apple. Does that really make sense?

Did anyone else have problems typing into a password field?? After the update and restore, everything was fine until I had to reenter my itunes password. I had to wait for the character to turn hidden before i typed the next one.

Obviously you have never even used android. Our app drawer is your entire OS. Seriously, when i click on my app drawer it brings up my apps….looks just like iOS. The difference is everything in Android before the apps: homescreens, widgets, etc. iOS will copy those next too.

iOS is boring.

Thomas Edison, ironically, didn’t invent the light bulb.

Barbed wire was somehow invented independently by 3 people in the same town at the same time. (Probably all stole the idea from the same guy)

Google stole a revolutionary idea called iOS and made a few evolutionary improvements that would have happened anyway. It’s like Google kills a guy and then sues the police for manhandling him. Unfortunately I just can’t feel too sorry for them.

You tell me. It’s like Thomas Edison invents the light bulb and someone copies it but adds a powder white coating on the inside, and Edison decides to do the same. Well, I would still think the biggest rip job is still the fellow who stole the idea of the light bulb. Adding a white coating is something that would have happened anyway. Basically Google stole a revolutionary idea applied evolutionary changes and Google fan boys can’t see the forest for the trees. Sorry, I just don’t get your point. Apple is an innovator and Google is a copycat. If Apple represents American ingenuity, Google would be a Japanese copycat that takes an idea and makes it a little better.
