Section six of the NDA reads “This Agreement does not grant you any right or license to incorporate or make use of any Apple intellectual property (including for example and without limitation, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks and industrial 
designs). By publishing the release notes you are in direct violation of section six and face termination of your Apple Developer Program. Please remove the release notes in this article, before legal action is take against you by Apple, Inc.
