IE may be gaining, but those of us on the “other” platform can’t use it and haven’t had it available for several years. For my purposes Chrome is adequate and Safari in my backup.

I use IE9, and FF if I feel like it. I am a fairly advanced computer user. I haven’t had any issues since IE6…which was how long ago? Eh, teh hell with the fanboys, as long as it just works.

this probably has more to do with the bumpy ride firefox/chrome have been delivering as of late than anything microsoft has done.

IE is still slow compared to Aurora (Latest FF (v13a02) build) and chrome and I hate the way the forward and backward buttons are rendered.

I’ve been using IE9 since 3 weeks ago… Maybe that’s why they are up! Actually I like it… I had a little bit problem before updating Java to latest version but everything works very smooth and well after that update. It is not resource hungry like FF and my battery lasts longer…
