Intel has announced the winner of their Core Processor Challenge. Although the winner looks great, I feel a little let-down. I don’t know, I figured that the $1 million in prizes would bring us something that would blow our minds. I guess my expectations were a little high.

Not to say that the winner wasn’t cool, the Lluon “Black Crystal” is definitely easy on the eyes. It comes to us from Korean manufacturer TriGear and features a black box that houses the main components, two speakers, and a small remote.
As the winner of this contest, we will likely see these mass-produced and sold sometime in the near future. No word on just how much these are expected to fetch.
