As most know there are no letters in the Japanese language, thus it becomes difficult to write and later read foreign words transforming them to the closest thing they have. That way Ulta became UluTORA. Notice the TORA on the end of the word. From the Japanese language TORA translates as Tiger.
Secondly the song is about how the Intel Ultrabook is something for the progressive modern people ready to embrace the future.
Intel is not going crazy, just a witty use of the local culture (yes there are cultures different to the one in USA) So we have the tiger in the name of the product (tora) and we have the future which in Japan is associated usually with space in one or other way.

Please do your research before you start claiming that somebody is crazy.
