Instagram tests multiple account switching on iOS

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the best with social media. It's not that I don't know how it works, it's more that I just don't care. I've got an Instagram account that I'll use on rare occasions to share a picture or two, but I've got all the same people on Facebook, so I usually just post on there. However, there are a lot of people who use Instagram so much that they need multiple accounts, which can be a pain.

Keeping track of multiple accounts on a mobile device is nothing short of annoying. Every time you need to switch, you have to log out, enter your username/password, and then make your post. Well, Instagram has heard the outcry from those users, and is currently testing out multiple account switching on iOS.

This isn't the first time that the company has teased this feature. They've actually been testing it with a select group of people on Android for a few months now.

What we don't really know is just who all has access to the new feature. If you want to check and see if you're one of the lucky few, you'll need to open up the app's Settings, and see if there is an "Add Account" option, just about the "Log Out" option. If you do, then you'll be able to setup another account, and switch between them anytime you like.
