Inside Out trailer: the next Pixar all-star movie

When you begin watching this trailer, you might freak out a little. It seems like Pixar is making a movie that includes every one of their star characters at once. But they aren't. I mean they are, sort of, but not really. They're diving under the surface, looking at emotions. You'd better just have a look.

What this trailer presupposes is that everyone understands that every Pixar movie is in the same universe, more or less. You can connect all the dots if you really like.

Pixar art department manager Jay Ward and "Monster's University" director Dan Scanlon and producer Kori Rae have all suggested that any "one universe" theory is at least partially untrue – but you can believe what you want to believe. We're of the opinion that this film will add another connecting point between Pixar movies without a blink.

Here we'll "meet the little voices inside your head." And you're going to love it. In this film are Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). This film will be released in US theaters in 2D and 3D on June 19th, 2015.
