It’s been a little while since we’ve gotten any really good info about the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. Today brings a piece of particularly juicy info regarding inscriptions.
Apparently there were a few hidden entries in patch 2.4 that gives us an inside look at a new feature. According to the information uncovered, there will be a new profession which deals with (creates?) inscriptions. Inscriptions will attach to your spells and enhance them in various ways.
The small image that you see on the right is an inscription which attaches to a Mage’s fireball spell to add an extra 50 fire damage. As a fire mage, I’m always looking for ways to add a little extra punch to my fireballs.
