I have no idea what these VEX robots are, but ROBOTC is the language that was developed at Carnegie-Mellon. The goal of the language was to make a language that was easy to use to program robots.

Since most robot programmers use C anyways, they just stuck with that but modified it a little bit. Well, this VEX robot programming kit is the first I’ve heard of ROBOTC since its inception.

With the kit you control the robot, or at least the start, stop, and pause of the robot’s current program from your computer. The kit will allow you to write and program in ROBOTC for these robots and it will only cost you $100, or you can buy a 12 license kit for $315.
