I completed an internship with an Dutch museum in May and we used Infocus projectors for the re-opening of one of the museum's wings. ALL FOUR infocus projectors failed. they were from this series and the higher series. the dealer sent two replacement projectors and on one of them the lamp failed. We were promised that the manufacturer would send a replacement lamp, but they had no stock. In the end, the dealer managed to get a used lamp, but we only had two projectors, which made the visual impact of the show much less impressive. As you can imagine nobody involved in that project or at that museum will ever use InFocus again. Just sharing my experience, so others can avoid the same disappointment.
