I bought my sleeve from www.bellamela.etsy.com. It is handmade, tightly fitting, offering the scratch resistance I need and fits nicely in my bag. Not to mention affordable.

80 bucks for a sleeve?
i admit it looks kool but then again 80 bucks, thats way to much considering that its a sleeve and not a case and therefore will only hold your mac so you can't really compare it to a case..

I honestly didn't either until I started switching bags so often and not all of them were laptop friendly. So instead of carrying two bags I prefer to have the sleeve to give it a little cushioning inside of my tote bag or whatever type of bag I happen to be carrying that day.
