if this was RIM we would have dozens a posts ripping them and saying how awful RIM’s service was. it would be all over teh news and people would be screaming. But they wont here……because it’s Apple.

same here. I’ve never had mine working 100% all of the time. Apple needs to hire some BBM experts.

I had no issues with it till yesterday when all the sudden it stopped working. Just restored software and everything works again.

No surprise here. I haven’t ever had iMessage work reliably without issues. Lost messages, messages received out of order, etc.. Each time I re-enable it I’m quickly reminded why I gave up. NOT ready for prime time.
