Thats like apple claiming a flat screen with a curved back on samsungs products infringed on their copywrite….seriously…that shit has been in monitors LONG before apple started producing iphones.

Its a simple…basic…concept.

A clean and simple design.

Would people be happier if they made the next gen iMacs triangular?

money because they dont have to retool a whole factory.. Plus, maybe Steve likes this design a lot ;) how many gens did the old translucent iMacs go through?

Most people would be suprised to hear this bit of shocking news: apple wraps fancy skins around new hardware internals.. not the other way around.. they’ve got a mainboard and cooling system placement that works well.. why change it?

finally.. how pissy would all those hoitey-toitey design firms be if they had to upgrade to WHOLE FLOOR just to upgrade a few desks they needed to (to make sure they all still match..) goofy scenario but plausible..
