Gladly fake. Considering the leaked launcher was apparently faked, this just stinks of badly done UI-ness.

Only standard apps are shown under “Running Apps”, not the ones I started myself, weird! Also the pictures are not taken from the running app’s current state, which would be a nice feature. Other than that I would want a fast way to switch to the previous app (like cmd-tab in OS X or alt-tab in Win)

Can’t say I’m totally sold on the layout. If this is reallyyyy how ICS is going to look I have to admit I will be a little disappointed.

There isn’t enough honeycomb in that to make it the revolutionary step forward I was expecting.
