I won’t trust an American company with it, and want Neelie Kroes to give a good set of rules to follow. If I read (actually don’t read) the EULA of iTunes, I have to shiver. The basic of American law is so much worse than the European basics (written agreements above common sense), that I would never use an Apple, Google or Microsoft cloud. Who fills in the gap? Until then, I carry my iBricks around and put them in vaults, and watch the human Centipad on South Park now and then….. LOL

What I don’t trust are people–those who throw anything and everything up into it, whose who maintain it, the self-professed law-makers who purport to regulate it, and those who seek to exploit it.
