Got a good old boring cycling machine collecting dust in the corner of your house? It’s time to dump that thing and get yourself a new iMagic Virtual Reality Trainer from Tacx. This virtual reality biking system allows you to set different configurations including wind force, wind direction, and types of terrain. You can even cycle against other riders’ times and courses from all over the world via the internet. All this in your living room for a pricey $400. However, I think a 100-inch projection screen in lieu of that tiny flat panel in the picture would greatly enhance the experience and decrease the chances of this thing ending up in the corner of your house collecting dust.

Ha, I just sold all my trainers becuase I thought they were too boring. I should of saved all the money and bought one of these. But then again, it would probably get boring. But maybe not, the on-line racing part seems cool if it works and you find other riders, similar to on-line gaming.

I’d rather just pay $30 for a virtual cycling dvd from Global Ride… feels like the real thing and no other pieces need purchased.
