		<description><![CDATA[If this thing wins the prize, well it wins. But maybe the prize for a true human helicopter should be for something vaguely practical more like the Kremer Prize. The Gossamer Condor actually flew outside and went somewhere. The Gossamer Albatross flew across the English Channel. Now that, friends, is flying. 


This thing is interesting, and an engineering achievement of some kind I will admit. But it barely gets of the ground, in a gym. I don&#039;t really see how this would really qualify as &#039;flying&#039; in anyone&#039;s understanding of that term. More like a tenuous form of levitation. ]]></description>
