If you already own a Roku streaming media player for your TV or have been eyeing one of the devices, a new content partnership with Hulu will interest you. Starting this fall when Hulu Plus kicks off the service will be offered on all Roku streaming media players.
Hulu Plus is one of the services that many TV fans will want to get. It will offer all episodes of some cool old shows and let the user catch up on shows that are airing now that they miss. The Hulu Plus service has been rumored to get a price cut before launch to $4.99 monthly and the cheapest Roku player is $59.99.
“We’re thrilled to be able to provide Hulu Plus subscribers with the most inexpensive device to stream Hulu content to their TVs,” said Anthony Wood, founder and CEO of Roku, Inc. “Hulu continues to be an amazing innovator in online entertainment, and Roku is an ideal platform to bring their content back to the living room and high definition televisions where it is best viewed.”
