I would say cheaper then a Netflix subscription, able to be played on my Xbox 360 seamlessly, and a library that rivals that of Netflix is what it is going to take for me. Otherwise people will just keep using Netflix for the old episodes.

I do have to agree that the current way Hulu works, free and commercial-based (usually), is the best way. If they are going to implement a premium service, I do think that it will have to be more than simply accessing old episodes. Of course, adding any other features beyond that, and not limiting the free users experience too much is the sweet spot they have to find.

What would you want them to bring to the table if they do indeed make it paid-based? What would make it worth it for you to start paying?

If they are going to charge a subscription fee they better have something awesome up their sleeves. I wouldn't even consider paying a subscription for their current service.
