		<description><![CDATA[Amazing that they&#039;ve managed to amass so many patents under the covers. I agree that I think that licensing will be the way the market will go. It has to, soon there will be too many competitors for Apple to take to court, or they&#039;ll simply run out of court rooms!

It&#039;s a competitive market, which I personally think is crying out for standardisation and an open set of standards which will define the basic smartphone. At least that way you can agree that all the common features are just features of a smartphone, rather than beloning to a company. Things like swipe, pinch, voice and wifi are all examples of standard smartphone features.]]></description>
