HTC will be holding a special event to unveil something new – the invitation we received for May 6th in London comes with the tag line “Witness the next wave of HTC Innovation”. We honestly have no solid leads on what HTC is going to unveil, however we have the hunch that an Android based phone (HTC Dream) will be announce on the event.
HTC previously said it is committed to bring or at least officially announce an Android based phone by mid 2008 - and May is pretty close to mid year. HTC Dream is said to have features that will appeal to the same audience as iPhone with features like full touch screen interfce and keyboard.
