What’s Google threatening them with? Nothing. The markets? A pretty nasty stock drop if they say this is bad for their business. Don’t rock any boat you can’t step out of.

I wonder what Google threatened these companies with to get them each to say almost exactly the same thing as one another. Maybe threatened to pull Android support? It would be worth it to Google to say to the FTC: “Hey look, these other Android partners are totally behind us on this purchase! This proves the purchase is totally not a power grab and is all about somehow keeping Android open and even spreading its openness somehow!”
