It seems to be a day for live HTC photos, as images of both the Kaiser and the Elf have appeared on two different sites.  First off, the Kaiser (which we first wrote about last December) is a sliding, tilting, HSDPA powerhouse, running Windows Mobile 6.0 and bringing WiFi in b/g flavours, Bluetooth 2.0, a whopping 256MB ROM (of which 150MB is available for the user to install programmes) and 3-megapixel autofocus camera.

More photos of the Kaiser after the cut, plus the HTC Elf!

The photos showed up on PDAMobiz.com, which is now running as slow as treacle as, I presume, HTC fanciers flock to catch an eyeful of the action.

The Elf photos, meanwhile, came from newsmobile.it and show the slim, clean white handset running Windows Mobile 6.  It should hit at a lower price-point than the Kaiser, however, thanks to the lack of keyboard and lack of HSDPA, although it still has UMTS/EDGE, Bluetooth and a 2-megapixel camera.

The Elf is apparently due for an official announcement in May or June.
