Single core iphone 4? … what are you smoking? … btw,go check the benchmarking performances of iphone 4s vs those of the galaxy s2 … i have both an iphone and an android phone (sensation in this case) and trust me,most of you are way too stupid to actually realize the huge difference between the 2 operating systems (where iOS is eons in front of Android) ….
P.S. iPhone 4s got double the results S2 obtained at those benchmarking tests…owned much android fanboys?

iv dropped my sgs1 loads of times with no problems. It go a realy thin gel cover.on it.. Im ready to upgrade now to either htc sens or sgs2…Cant make up my mind though…
Iv heard about problems with dust ingress on htc, and poor signal quality…

I own both – and I can tell you I am sending the HTC Sensation back because of VERY POOR audio qualityand terribly low output from both the speaker and earphone, poor battery life (although it is getting a little better after 2 weeks of use) and just as important, an insensitive receiver – ie. dropped calls – or no signal at all where the S11 finds a cell. Add to this the crapy microphone audio that sounds muffled and flat and yet again HTC miss the most important fundamental requirements of any phone. Pity, because the HTC Flyer I also have is so right in just about every way….

very true WHY i mean 1gb of a memory chip/card whatever cant be that much smaller than sammys 16 in this day n age….hello micro sd. its so stupid and its making them lose customers i think. hope they make phones with more storage then ill go back on my next upgrade ( if samsung dont make a better one) lol

but on the you tube video`s the stereo sound when recording at least you can hear lots of like wind in the background and it wasnt really a windy day…dunno about that feature, would be good indoors tho i think. ALso the call quality it better on the s2 with its 2nd noise cancelling mic…sensation has one to tho but its not working to good on sensation….ive just been watching comarisions on websites and you tube constant as i couldnt make my mind up and loved sense but have defo decided seeing all the reviews and vid`s that the s2 will be better for me anyway….will miss out on the HTC watch feature which looks good tho:(

Voice recognition/commands on touchwiz 4 looks realy good and earily accurate…it understands 95% of the commands you give it….from sms to googlemaps navigation to looking up and calling contacts and social networking i beleive

That is DEFENEINTLY not true! find the you tube video of the guy taking off the s2 cover and trying to snap it in half (stupid thing to do i know) BUT honest it doesn`t even do nothing to the back cover. The cover just flips back over the way it was…pure straight not even a crease of where it was bend. I dont know what type of plastic samsung have used BUT it looks very very durable…i mean if you can bend it straight back trying hard to snap it and it doesnt it must be good qaulit. I think samsung have made this phone solid even though it doesnt seem so when holding it ect.

ive been reading loads of reviews from various websites the tech kind & TechRadar have givin the sgs2 5 stars (the first phone to get a 5 star rating from them in over a year) just wondering why? must be a hot to trot handset if they rate it so high & to add salt to the htc wound it`s beaten them to number 1 in the “top 20 smartphones in the world” on their site lol, dunno much about the site if its reputable or what tho guys?

sgs2 also GORILLA GLASS! has alot more connectivity options & has an adapter for the HDMI your on about. both good phones but plz just LOOK at the reviews SGS2 WINS in all of them that`s the truth it may hurt you but hey…..also wifi direct on the s2 and sooo much more

hello there, look it up on you tube or google “samsung galaxy s2 speakers” they are REALLY surprisingly loud. A few people have said when they are in a shower or the kettle is boiling (lol) they usually cant hear music on other handsets but on the s2 for the slimness of the device the sound it produces is VERY loud. HTC same speakers as previous models, but enhanced srs sound when listening through earphones although buy good ones coz the ones provided are not the in ear buds like other models, although i like the earphones and still use the ones i got with my old htc hero i like the remote on them for changing trackes, answering calls if hand s busy ect.

you have just made me think twice about the sgs2 wish i never read it now :(!!! lol everone has their own opinion. and although you think bad of the gs2 there are millions of people who think the opposite. The plastic back cover of the s2 is actually briliant (maybe overstatement) hehe. but a guy on youtube had the balls to take it off & bend it right back as if to snap it in two! guess what??? it didnt even leave a crease when it just went right back into place….samsung must have buit this device from high qaulity VERY durable stuff for it to survive that???

Thanks, that was a very fair short review of each phone…wish more people were unbiased like you matey :)….the sgs2 has 16gb in built memory ( only 2gb is used for apps vs the 1gb used for apps in the sensation) the sgs2 also has a micro sd card slot so you can add up to 32gb extra memory..that`s like 48gb of memory compared to max 32gb if you put a bigger card in the sensation. Personally i think im going for the sgs2 i have an old htc hero and i LOVE sense UI… i will miss it and will always wonder about the new GREAT 3.0 3D version, but its just becomming dated….the only real change since my hero is the new lock screen and fancy 3d turning widgets which are good but the S2 is just sooo fast looking at the you tube video`s v the sensation and touchwiz 4.0 has much improved over the previous versions, like with the gestures, re-sizeable widgets, live tiles ect.. It has more RAM so once the sensation has been running a few months with all the fancy widgets and the apps that the user will download i personally (and a few others on forums) think that it will have a bad effect on the speed of the phone and will maybe become laggy.(already looks a little bit laggy in youtube demo`s) HTC really have to put more storage on their phones for apps and media 1gb for apps & an 8gb micro sd supplied with the phone is pants. samsung at least give you 16gb (2gb for apps then the rest for your music ect, and you can buy the micro sd card 8-16-32gb, All in all i think ive made the right decision….the sensation also has the same look as the desire from the back & i dont find the front very attractive….just my opinion though other people may love the look. HTC incredible S and desire S look better than the sensation i.m.o, they should have designed it like them instead of repeating the look of the original desire.

S2 is faster but touchwiz sucks, im going with the sensation. Just a preference in UI, I know S2 will load milliseconds faster but its the UI i have to deal with on the regular.

Hahahabababa are you serious because when I let people hold the phone they and up baying it I love my S2 and I love the way that this site it’s trying very hard not be bias Lol common can’t you see that the S2 have equal and watch all the videos on youtube ” samsung galaxy s2 vs htc sensation galaxy s2 comes on top all the time and let me say one more thing stop trying to find reasons that way the S2 it’s better. Now the reason I choose the S2 it’s because I can play youtube on 1080p as oppose the sensation 480p even that the flash becomes very jumpy as it can’t coupe with it, also the the sensation can’t play AC3 sound as all my films use it, so that way I don’t have
to instal another player on it to be able to have sound but the thing is there is no player that support Ac3 on android market no even coreplayer support it common the galaxy $2 is two generations above the competition.
