I will try keeping it on 3G for normal task and 4g for videos, others tasks and see how that works out ….. The Razr does seem to burn through the battery charge

Hey I bought the RAZR on Friday. Honestly the battery is not an issue. On 3g (my gf area does not have 4g) my Razr gave me 18 Hrs on a charge. I dont use Smart Action I feel the battery wastes faster that way. Turn on 4g only when you use it. You will get 7-10 Hours like that.

Looked at the Razr today…it is a biggie. The Rezound has all the options on it that I will need. Smaller footprint is a plus. I read quite a bit so sharp text is important. Will call vzn Moday for the overnight ship.
The phone will have to be a contender for the next two-years under contract. I can wait for ICS. Just let the phone work glitch-free in the Bay Area (SFO)… Thanks Vince.

Bought the RAZR off contract, going to compare it to the ReZound next week … I really like the feel of the Razr (don’t think it is too wide); have already gotten use out of Motocast and boy is it fast – with a nice display …. I can tell that the unremoveable battery is going to be an issue with the Razr (event using Smart Action). We will see.

Gotta believe that the ReZound is going to have an even bigger battery problem – but at least the battery is replaceable and there is an extended battery.

I just got the Rezound today at Verizon! I was shocked that they had it, and was able to do a side-by-side comparison with the Razr…the removable battery is something I appreciated, also it really did fit better in my hand than the larger (length/width, but certainly not depth) Razr…still learning about the features and charging up the battery! :)

The big selling/marketing feature for this phone is the new integration of Dre Beats, and you said nothing about the new feature besides it comes with Beats headphones “if this is your thing.” HTC claims they want to revolutionize the way we hear music and has optimized the phone to work with Beat headsets and yet no comment on this? Quite weak I would say.
