HTC. What you NEED to do is this.
Low end phone (One V)
mid end phone (One S)
high end phone (One X)

Offer those three models in:
1) verity of colors
2) verity of sizes (8, 16, 32, 64GB)
3) verity of OSes (Android, Windows, whatever else is out there)

THEN
1) Offer them all unlocked
2) make sure they are on MULTIPLE CARRIERS.
3) Repeat #1 and #2.

I think the One X is a GREAT phone. But I WON'T SWITCH to at&t for it. Was it avaliable unlocked and/or on T-mobile, I probably would have gotten it. Also, if there were other sizes offered.

One S? Nice phone, but I don't want a "mid-range" phone. I want a FLAGSHIP phone.

Sprint? Why the F($* are you "skinning" the flagship phone? Give them the One X UNALTERED.

The HTC Titan is an AMAZING phone. But fuse the One X and Titan into ONE flagship model and offer it unlocked and on MORE CARRIERS.

If you do that, I believe you will be in a far better position than what you are in now.
