So I am very impressed with the HTC One X but I noticed it states release time early April in European/Asian market. Does this mean there is no release planned for the American market? or release in American market anytime soon?

HTC is behind. Used to be a big fan. Samsung doesn’t even have to do anything. BTW Galaxy Note is the king. There is nothing close.

There are no problems like that in our country. The only problem here will be the price.If something costs 50 dollars in america, it will be 100 dollars here. So it will be twice as much.
For example. an iPad 2 16 gb, wi-fi. costs 700 dollars here.

… the American version is going with a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU instead. But before you start a signature campaign to bring the “real” one X to AT&T, you might want to read this: it was purely a technical limitation. See, AT&T wanted to make sure that a flagship phone like the One X has access to its still-growing LTE network. Apparently the new 5-Plus-One Tegra 3 platforms still isn’t compatible with LTE radio chipsets, and won’t be for at least a few more months – too long to be included in the first batch of US-bound One X units…

This phone looks great. But I think I’m over 10 hour phones.

I’m expecting most manufacturers to be showing us 2300+mah batteries this this year. 1850 is um……below par. Even compared to last years Galaxy Note.

All in all tho HTC. You’re making some great strides here. I’m impressed with this phone.

This phone looks beautiful. But seriously, what’s with all the manufacturers creating gigantic phones. 4.7″?? Scale it back to 4″ and it would be perfect.

very true, awesome camera but no physical camera shutter button. I wanted my next phone to have a physical camera button, maybe this is not the phone for me. I hope sgs3 has it or I’ll wait for a variant of this phone to have that physical button(that is if they will release one)

The bad thing about HTC is battery issue, I think that they’ve already known that. If they don’t fix this issue then the future of HTC will be a doom.

My complaint about this phone is:

World version and US version are NOT the same.

US versions comes with dual core and LTE while the world version does not.

How freaking hard is it to make ONE phone that can be sold REGARDLESS where you are?

How come can’t a Sprint user be getting the EXACT same phone an At&t user is getting, and the EXACT same phone a German user is getting?

How freaking difficult is that?

That being said, the finger can be pointed directly to the American carrier(s). They are the ones who want these “exclusivities” and “versions”.

People talking about the battery “problems”, what the hell? The quad-core would only benefit, much less burden the battery. The screen is probably the only thing that will moderately drain the battery.
