Still no update for me, in UK with sim free phone bought from Amazon. No joy. Next phone will not be HTC, regardless of how well it performs with the update.

Previously rooted device and used RR Rom from XDA, this ran great, but having to join HTC Dev site to root and unlock bootloader was a chore in comparison to my previous phone SGS2.

I paid about £100 to go from the SGS2 to the HOX, and wish I never bothered. Lesson learnt. Say no to HTC.
