Because of the huuuge marketing budget for North America giant Samsung had as well as availability on every network, htc screwed up big time there, esp with exclusivity, and apple stopping one x at costumes at critical time. Nevertheless HTC has a far superior and modern device, minus micro sd. I spend as much time staring at the back of mine as at the front. For comparison, GS3 toyish glossy back makes me gag. For that price range, iPhone5 being of super super scratchable aluminium and sharp edges u can almost cut yourself, there is absolutely no doubt that 1X(+) IS the 2K12 device. I don’t care at all if a qualcomm S4pro scores its fraction above Tegra, what I get with Nvidia is unmatched, Tegra Zone, PlayStation certification, and a biggest name in graphics, big nV fan here and a pc gamer. Nvidia was the first with dual core madness, as well as quad. They are the most aggressive competitor in their fields. Tegra 4 with rumoured Kepler graphics will bring a whole new generation again. just slapping the facts around here people.

to be honest i dont think these test are even that accurate, i mean tegra plus with jellybean getting that low of a score, am i missing sumthing

My original One X 1.5Ghz scores near 6000 (Quadrant) and 12500 (Antutu) with stock ICS+Sense…

I had the original One X too, though, I never used the official 4.0.4 update as I was on MIUI which had 4.0.4 out much before the official update got out. It was removed by default on MIUI. Although I now remember that you had to select the behaviour of that key in settings, it seems kinda strange that Chris never bothered to do it here.

because 4.0.4 gave you 3 options, one which allows you to remove it, maybe this guy never went into the setting and set it to where it can be removed, this i know because i owned the original OneX, all he have to do is go into his settings, BTW i only dont own the original because i gave it up so i can get the X+, sorry dude imma a Sense junky, personal preference

That 3 dot menu button was removed on the One X with the 4.0.4 update. How the hell is it still here with Jelly Bean?

Actually there was a test on this on YouTube showing the gs3 not returning to the exact point you left from in fact it just refreshed the website back to the beginning and also on videos I’m not sure if the jellybean update has fixed this problem on the gs3.

How come the scores of one x + is so low here? Quadrant scores should be 7.5k and antutu should b 14k… Maybe this article is biased towards the s3…

even though i love htc (my first smartphone was the htc diamond) i believe that Samsung has step up their game. One of the reasons why is that more people in my school have a gs 3 than an iPhone. I am like Wtf? shows the appeal of the gs3 and the samsung brand
