I had a play around with both phones in the store today. They are incredibly well built and thinner than all previous Androids. There is not much in it when it comes to size but the One S being a tad smaller felt slightly more comfortable (both a little large for my liking though as they are half the size of a tablet).
The ONE X has a better screen, NFC and Android Beam. The ONE S is better sized (unless you want larger viewing experience) and has better battery life. No difference in the processors in real term usage.

It's a very tough choice and I just wish they had a ONE X that was the same size as the Incredible S so we get all the features and power as well as the longer battery life and more suitable ergonomics for those that don't need a huge screen (the One V will will not have same power).

Tough choice!
