Site or not, point is sense is also the sync of everything on ur phone. Which all of you DO use. Reason I picked an HTC over Samsung and opted to not have a front facing cam. Now not so worth it.

I wouldn’t write them off. I too have switched from HTC everything to Samsung everything. But it could just as easily sway back again. The One X is a very good start toward redemption.

The HTCSense website is one of the worst I have used. Never worked properly, and never came out from the beta (or more appropriately alpha) stage.

Do you also love them when they are the latest to provide the android upgrade?
Do still love them when the hardware (RAM, HD and CPU) is so restricted compared to others (Galaxy SII)?
my first 3 android phones were all HTC but not any more. They can’t compete any more on the market. Will they wake up?

Completely agree, have had HTC phones for ages, never used the Sense website, never needed to. If I had to guess I would say HTCs own research has revealed that Mr Davies is in a very very very small minority of people who use that service and quietly ending it is the way to go so they can focus those resources on other areas. Doesn’t change my opinion on the company one way or the other, tbh. This article sounds not especially like big news and a lot more like personal issue to me.

I honestly think no one ever used that website anyway. Also dropbox and HTC have always been working together, and I personally think that dropbox is infinitely better than iCloud. I have an iPad and an HTC, and I use dropbox on BOTH of them. Mr. Davies, I think you are one of the “lucky” few who ever cared about sense’s website. Sense itself is great, website, not so much…

Never worked properly anyway. No great loss. I will admit to it being one of the reasons I bought an HTC in the first place. Can’t say I’ll miss it.
