You make one of the most compelling lists for why this phone is great I've read in ages.
My only problems are Win 6.5? (The jury is still out...perhaps Win 7.0 would make me more excited)
Plus it is pretty damn BIG - how pocketable is that thing gonna be.
Still might buy one once the review are in!

Here's why this could well be a real iphone killer (if people were not so DUMB)

REAL Multitasking with a 1ghz processor and
no need for quicktime
no need for proprietary cables
no restriction of dragging and dropping (or copying) your music
FROM/to your phone
no need for itunes or stupid syncing limitations etc
no special cable to connect to any computer
no need to encode my divx movies to play on my phone
no need to hack the phone to be able to use as a modem while on the
train/ away from home
no worry about batteries when traveling, just carry a spare or two

I wonder if it can
shoot 720p video
use a stylus (I love the way WM phones like the touch HD allow you to
jot down notes while on the speakerphone - on the phone)
output video

yeah baby, could easily be my next phone - for sure.
