The HTC Legend has moved smoothly past the FCC, which is always a positive sign with mobile devices.  GSM support has also been included.

The Legend will sport a 600MHz processor, with a 3.2-inch AMOLED screen to boot. There’s also a 5-megapixel camera equipped with LED flash and an optical trackpad in lieu of a trackball. It should also ship with the latest 2.1 flavor of Android.
