		<description><![CDATA[One thing that people tend to overlook is the fact that HTC uses Extensions and plugins to the Windows Mobile 6.5 UI system.   They do not replace it, WM6.5 has an extensive skinning and plugin architecture for the to enable OEM&#039;s like HTC to customize their devices and differentiate themselves from other OEMS.
The work required to develop the Sense UI for WM6.5 is much less than what was required to develop their Android flavour of Sense.]]></description>
