Having the N810, I am really excited about the N900. There are so many cool things that a full version of Linux can do on a piece of hardware like this. I really liked the Mozilla browser, but when I dropped the alpha of Fennec on my N810, it ran horribly. My power connection has since died, so I haven't used it in months now (sucks), but I did like it. It was a bit sluggish, with a weak processor. I've always like Windows Mobile for what it can do vs. my hated iPhone (all style, no substance), but after pulling out an old HTC TyTan recently, I could definitely see the shortcomings on the UI in this day and age (and to think I got thru freshman year at college w/ a desktop and an HTC Wizard in place of a laptop!)

Because of all this, I am really, really excited to see the HTC HD2. Lets hope AT&T doesn't f'up the design when it hits the US next year, and I will be the first in line to drop my iPhone 3G for an HD2! Long live WinMo! I cannot wait for WinMo 7, so this phone has me excited about all of the possibilities of upgrades.

I'm just glad the other phone I wanted to get has finally been announced and shown-the Xperia X10. After seeing it in (sluggish) action, and yes I know it's still in pre-production, my choice is clear and it's the HD2 that I've finally set my sights firmly on:)

Good to hear that the onscreen keyboard is great. Looks like I'll be almost instantaneously fast with it from the beginning seeing as I'm pretty fast with my iPhone already.
